Chilled-out base for a family in Hanoi. Rooms are huge, location is superb and staff is great. Hotel is placed in the middle of the city. We really loved the buffet breakfast.

customer service was really handy. special note of thanks to driver. located 500 metres from the hotel, la vong grilled fish was a good choice to eat.
